I have been personal training with Kate for 3 years, and through that time, she has seen me through two half marathons, two 100km walks, a dozen 5k and 10k races. 3 Fit brits and a "round the pier" swim in Brighton. She is always encouraging when I think of the next challenge I want to do, and has never thought that I would not be able to complete it.  She comes up with a plan to work on the areas that I will need for   each challenge and offers great nutritional advice to go with it. My next goal is to do my best in the England Rugby 7s trials for the Olympic games. I highly recommend Kate she is amazing to work with her knowledge always impresses me and she really can't do enough to help her clients.

Before training with Kate I was completely unfit with too much overweight and basically with no motivation or knowledge about keeping a healthy diet & life.  I have been training with Kate for nearly 4 years and I can tell     she is extremely professional and with a wide fitness & nutrition knowledge. Every time the tailor-made routine is different, which is fun, and you work every part of the body needed for your goal. She gives you the motivation you need but also she makes challenging every session, making sure you work as hard as you can what I really appreciate when I feel I can’t do any more!

I decided to train with Kate to lose weight and tone my unfit body, and without a doubt, she has helped me to   see that it’s possible if you have the right attitude and you are in good hands like hers, giving me a huge support as well, as it’s not an easy process and people who are not happy with their weight know that. She has motivated and encouraged me to exercise hard, keep focused and eat healthy, and thanks to that I’ve lost 14 kg so far! As a result I feel stronger and happier than ever, so she has also helped me to raise my self-esteem. In a nutshell she has changed my life! I still have a way to go but I know that training with her will make my goal possible and easier. That’s why I would definitely recommend her to anyone, she is THE BEST PERSONAL TRAINER!

How can I possibly forget the day I met Kate my lovely Personal Trainer.
Summer 2012 was approaching and I was discouraged with the poor results I had achieved so far, as I was working out in the gym but the weight was not coming off. One day Kate helped me to stretch. I told her how I felt about my body and she promised to help me. I must confess I was a bit skeptical since I have struggle with my weight for years. All my previous attempts to lose weight failed in the past. However, I decided to plunge in the courage and I signed for ten sessions, not knowing what all was about.
This turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Kate set up achievable goals and nutritional plans. On my first month I lost a stone!. I couldn’t believe it. It was not easy to change my bad food habits and to follow an exercise routine.  I will never forget the joy and Kate’s happy face! The sacrifice was paying off. At that moment I realized Kate was ‘the one’ to help me through this journey.


Since then, I have carried on training with Kate. I have never felt so healthy in my entire life. My body has changed, I miraculously managed to make a fitness routine part of my life able and most importantly I like myself when I look in the mirror.
Kate not only is my personal trainer but she has become a source of emotional support for me. She believed in me and gave me the push and strength I needed. I can trust her in any aspects and I can guarantee she will do her outmost to help her clients to achieve their goals. If you want results with an amazing knowledgable trainer Kate will definitely hit your expectations.

I was recommended Kate by my previous Personal Trainer who was leaving the area.He said he would choose her as his P.T,so I guess that's a pretty good start.I've trained with her weekly over the last 1 1/2 yrs and can honestly say that each session has been thoroughly enjoyable with a great variety of activities.She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the training and coupled with her enthusiasm to see her clients improve means you finish the workout feeling invigorated.In short, I cannot recommend her highly enough, you'll love the workouts.
