Osteopathy and Sports Medicine

Sports Massage
Massage, applied skillfully, is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. Functional Therapy
We believe in developing high-level skill and achieving first-rate results when working with already diagnosed injuries. We will introduce the client to movement sequences so specific that we can avoid irritating an injury but keep the body moving to allow recovery. It also develops the client’s capability to avoid secondary injuries caused by the initial trauma.Commonly when someone suffers an injury, the focus is only on the structures which have been damaged and how to rehabilitate them. Understanding the integrated three-dimensional nature of the body in function is of greatest importance in developing a rehabilitation program. Using our skills through Functional Therapy we can show you how to look more deeply into the 'causes of the causes' to enable us to construct a much more effective recovery program.

Sports Performance
Sports Performance Training is a methodical process designed to enhance an athlete’s strength, speed, power and movement capabilities. To continually keep improving at your sport interest you need to focus on the science behind it. Our team will measure your whole musculoskeletal system for inefficient biomechanics, muscular imbalances and assess your functional efficiency this will give us the ability to create an efficient training program not only to improve you but to keep you injury free and aid faster recover time.

Bootcamp
Boot Camps are based on (HIIT) High Intensive Interval Functional Training. We provide a fitness assessment before you enroll on any Boot Camp fitness training, which gives you a better awareness of your body. If your aim is to lose weight or tone up this assessment can provide the drive required to make you lose weight faster and tone up quicker than you expect.Our sessions are suitable for both sexes and for any fitness level age from 18 years plus. Boot Camp classes consist of functional, multiple-plane training that works all muscle groups: joints, ligaments, tendons and (CVRS) Cardio Vascular Respiratory System. You can use Fitness Boot Camps as intensive weight loss training as you burn around 300-800 calories per session. If you are really keen to improve energy levels or to improve your running times our Fitness Boot Camps are the solution for you. Ongoing support between Boot Camp sessions is also provided via email and Facebook as well as free Nutrition workshops. Personal Trainers work with you to help you reach your goal, whether this be weight loss, toning up, training for a specific event or fitting into your dream dress! Our Boot Camp trainers focus on every single individual, ensuring correct posture and maintaining motivation. The Personal Trainer aspect changes your training intensity. We also operate Corporate Fitness days anywhere you like in Brighton and Hove.
